Where We Plant

Once the dominant tree species across North America and Europe millions of years ago, redwoods thrive in a wide variety of soil types, tolerate drought, and are resistant to fire.

REDWOOD HABITAT

In areas where winters are mild and sunlight is unobstructed, with sufficient water and plenty of space, the redwoods will usually do quite well. We've noted a few locations redwoods are expected to thrive in, below.
