1. Please review the site access policy under Terms of Service.
2. We monitor each sapling's progress and provide a customized report back to each purchaser once per year. If we notice that a sapling has succumbed to natural environmental conditions, we will plant a new sapling in the same location at no additional cost for the first five years from the time of transplanting.
